As Founder and President of EnVisionary Leadership, LLC, JeNeika Boone works with those who are ready to move beyond their limiting beliefs and accelerate their performance to the next level. She specializes in coaching and training emerging and current female leaders to maximize their leadership potential.

JeNeika shows audiences how to realize and embrace the power of leadership in their personal and professional lives. As a result, numerous individuals have stepped confidently into leadership and created a lasting influence in the lives of those around them. "I'm passionate about adding value in a powerful way. This is my calling - it's about impacting and changing lives through leadership and personal development," she says.

A certified John Maxwell Team leadership coach, keynote speaker and trainer, JeNeika is a bold, intuitive female leader in her own right. Her belief in the power of leadership to impact lives is exhibited in her extensive involvement with non-profit organizations. She's volunteered with, provided training for, and served as a board member of numerous organizations over the past 20 years. JeNeika also holds certifications in image and etiquette consulting, change management, and Lean Six Sigma. Her current community involvement include serving in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.(Board Member), the Junior League of Houston, Inc., and Dress for Success Houston.

JeNeika was first introduced to leadership and personal growth over 30 years ago...as a child! From her earliest years, she was recognized and sought out for leadership roles. Born to a single teen mom, she decided early on that she wanted to be a success story, NOT a statistic. Over the years, she learned that vision, hard work, and leadership would propel her to excellence in everything. That belief is still her guiding force today.

During her 15+ year career in Human Resources and Finance, working with Fortune 500 companies and educational organizations, she observed the power of well-trained employees and high performance teams in business strategy and growth. Seeking additional growth as a leadership practitioner, JeNeika completed a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Management, both from Dallas Baptist University.
